Groups
The Groups section provides a complete list of all existing groups. An excellent way to organize an organization’s present groups, this section allows an administrator or group leader to edit group information, view how many people are in a group, and the maximum group size.
Members
In the Members section, a complete list of people in a particular group is provided for the administrator or group leader to view.
Directory
The Directory is a list of all people who belong to the Small Group Loop. With the Directory, everyone in the Small Group Loop, whether in a group or not, will be emailed when a new group has been started.
Dynamic Content
Content for the news section of the Loop is placed and edited in the Dynamic Content section.
Mass Email
As the administrator of the site, you have the opportunity of sending a mass email to all of the group leaders, group leaders in a category, or even all Loop members in the Directory. In order to make the Mass Emails effective, it is important that recipients know to check their spam filters on their email, as some filters may block group emails from your organization.
Group Applicants
When a new group is created on the Small Group Loop, the administrator must go to the Group Applicants section and approve or disapprove the group. Before approving a new group, the administrator can follow up with the group leader to get more detailed information about the group. If the administrator does not know the group leader, we suggest setting up a meeting with group leader to get to know them and talk about their group. Upon approving a new group, everyone in the Directory will be notified and have the opportunity to join the new group.
